Your YARE website is divided into two separate areas.
The area that the public view (your Live site) is called the Front End (FE). This is the website that everyone sees when they type your website address.
The editing area (where you update your site) is called the Back End (BE). People with access rights to the editing area are called Back End Users or Editors.
It is important to know the difference between the two areas of the CMS. In particular the concept of Front End and Back End Users can sometimes cause confusion. It's possible to extend a YARE site to restrict some of the Front End content so that only logged in users can see it.
