Pop-up Menu

The system includes a pop-up menu accessed by clicking the left mouse button on the page or file icon. The menu can take a short while to generate and the mouse should be kept still until it does appear.

The menu includes actions that can be carried out on the selected item. The core menu actions depend on whether the item is a file or a page. The actions that are available depend on the users permissions.

Page Menu actions

The Page Contextual Menu is used whenever a Web Module is selected.

Menu items are: show, edit, new, info, copy, cut, hide, visibility settings, edit page header, delete, and more options.

More options includes: move page, create new wizard, history/undo

File Menu actions

The File Contextual Menu is used whenever a File Module is selected.

Menu items are: rename, upload files, new, info, copy, cut, delete
