A database is a file containing records stored in tables. Each table relates to a different function of the CMS. Some tables store user information e.g., login details, others store page content.
You don't have to be a database expert to use a CMS. YARE users interface with the database through simple web forms. The forms look like word processing software screens and no database skills are required.
